Our Platform:  Crown of Service

Crown of Service is a program of International Women of Service Organization for International and American Women of Service titleholders and contestants to promote community and civic service. It is a generalized platform for all causes to be seen, heard, and valued. Through Crown of Service, titleholders and contestants will explore service initiatives, develop a personal platform, promote platforms they feel are worthy and lead others to discover the value of service to the community. The program allows our titleholders and contestants to feel empowered in their service initiatives and truly envision their full potential as servant leaders. 

 

Crown of Service emphasizes the importance of serving from the heart. Letting one's heart lead them to a place in service where each person feels their work is important, valued, and needed. Through Crown of Service, International and American Women of Service titleholders and contestants can share their service passion with others and share their why’s. 

 

We believe all people have a home within the service community. How one wears their Crown of Service should be as unique as the head that it sits upon. 

 

Our titleholders and contestants will explore, develop, promote, and lead through Crown of Service. 

• Explore- Titleholders and contestants will explore their passions and how they might bring that passion to service within the community. 

• Develop - Titleholders and contestants will develop ideas to bring their service passion and initiatives to life.

• Promote- Titleholders and contestants will promote their service and passions to others to garner support and awareness.

• Lead - Titleholders and contestants will lead others to similar service passions, initiatives, or ideals.
